Escobar is upset about the Extradition of Herber. Even the Cano family is unhappy because they want the whole Medellin drug Cartel in jail and away from Colombia.
Escobar fears that Herber will talk the minute they give him life in prison. He also fears that he will also be extradited if he is caught.
Meanwhile Patty and Escobar's relationship betters although she is still apprehensive. She asks him to swear that he will never be extradited. Escobar swears that it will never happen to him and that before it does he will kill himself.
Herber arrives in the USA where photographers and police officers are waiting for him.
El Espectador interviews the president about his decision to extradite Herber and asks if the government is willing to continue extraditing Colombians. The President is silent without any answer.
El Chile and El Topo arrive in a helicopter at the prison to save the undercover men.
Meanwhile Herber, now in the USA, tries to figure out how he was caught. He is then brought to the interrogation room to talk about Pablo Escobar.
The country celebrates the capture of Herber by honoring the policemen for their hardwork.
Pablo is forced to evacuate the house as the police is about to arrive at their ranch. Patty does not want to leave but Pablo calms her down. Pablo is able to escape.
