The country mourns the death of the Magistrate. After the funeral Coronel Jimenez is asked to take a break but he refuses. He asks to go to Medellin but the director of police says that he could be potentially assassinated.
Pablo's mother warns Pablo that they will never be left alone and that he will always be searched for. She tells him that they should leave on a trip so that he is never caught. She also tells Patty to pack their bags.
Coronel Jimenez continues to be threatened by his undercover man who tells him that he has not been paid and therefore will not give him the information he wants.
Pablo brings Regina to Medellin to ask her for advice and a lawyer. However upset by everything he has done, she tells him off and breaks off their relationship.
However before leaving he contracts Marino, Regina's driver by promising him the world.
Following the encounter, Pablo gets together with his associate Marcus Herber. They hire El Coco to kill Coronel Jimenez. In the meantime Coronel Jimenez decides to head to Medellin to see their undercover man bringing him the money they promised. While El Coco goes to Medellin to kill Jimenez, the undercover man is sent with Coco. Coco tells him their plan to kill Jimenez.
Jimenez arrives in Medellin where he meets with the undercover man. However he is caught by the mafia and is chased around the streets. He escapes and meets with the undercover who tells him that they are going to kill him.
