The drug lords, worried about a judge accusing them of Minister Lara's death start preparing to kill the judge. In Bogota, coronel Jimenez gets recognition by the USA for declaring the war on Drugs.
After an interview with Nikki, the judge is shot to death. El Espectador immediately prints an article revealing the death. The magistrate reads the article and gets a threatening call.
In Itagu, Pedro Motoa continues in prison impatient about his situation. His lawyer tells him he will only serve 3-4 months.
Jimenez continues his investigation using a spy revealing information about the death of the judge.
Pablo Escobar visits the magistrate and tells him that he will collaborate with the case. The magistrate says that he will be fair with the process but he is secretly becoming scared.
