In jail Pedro Motoa waits for his sentencing and tells Julio that he needs to pressure his lawyers.
Marcus Herber, upset about being chased, asks Pablo Escobar to kill Coronel Jimenez. However Pablo tells him that he needs to calm down and that he will eventually so something about it.
Jimenez continues looking for Herber and pressures his wife to reveal information.
Regina goes to Nikki to tell her that she is not Pablo's lover and that she is trying to make an accord with Pablo Escobar and will announce it soon on television.
The magistrate continues to get threats. However this time he decides to go on TV saying that he has been threatened and declares Pablo Escobar guilty for anything that may occur to his family.
Regina tells Pablo that he needs to negotiate with the government and tells him he cannot do anything against the magistrate.
Pedro is released from prison and celebrates his freedom.
In the meantime Coronel Jimenez receives threats from the cartel. The magistrate is then killed by orders of Pablo Escobar as El Chile attacks his security.
A day later the USA asks for the extradition of the Cartel, which includes the Motoa's, and Pablo Escobar.
Pablo decides to leave Medellin but before he must attacks the police force and kill off Jimenez and all the politicians against the Cartel.
