The ninth episode of Pablo Escobar aired last night.
During a day at the beach Pablo and Gonzalo start to flirt with two reporters. He sets his eyes on Regina and invites her on a trip through his farm. Pablo takes them on the tour where he becomes closer with Regina.
A few days pass and they continue on their trip. At the beach Regina starts to drown and Pablo saves her.
In the meantime journalist Nikki Polania goes to judge Espinosa's house for information on Escobar. Espinosa who once attacked Escobar decides not to say anything in fear that she would be killed or her children would be harmed.
In the meantime Escobar continues his campaign to run for congress with a party. During his campaign he talks to his sponsor Senator Santolini and suggests that he give more to the poor.
However his sponsor is against it and tells him that the poor is not going to fund his campaign. Luis Carlos and Juan Carlos continue their campaign for the presidency trying to find proof against Pablo Escobar.
Trouble continues for Escobar as poor people are thrown out of the houses he gave them during to his campaign. As a result he decides to construct new houses for the poor. The day of the election comes and Luis Carlos Galan wins the vote for senator, but fails to take the Presidency. Santolini and Javier Ortiz win the election giving victory to Pablo Escobar.
With the news the newspaper decides to act again Escobar. Meanwhile Escobar plans to kill Galan.
