Rockstar Games has announced on the company's Newswire that the developer will be putting out a brand new trailer for the hotly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 5. the new trailer will launch on this upcoming Tuesday, April 30. The news was announced via a new picture, stating the date of the reveal and the three names of the protagonists of the game, Franklin, Trevor, and Michael. No other information about the trailer has been released. This would be the third trailer for the game to be released.
Grand Theft Auto is one of the most anticipated games on the year, and is expected to boost sales of video games so much when it comes out it will reverse the receding market when it is released September 17. The game takes place in Los Santos, and players can expect a massive open-world to explore, as players will be able to traverse a wide variety of environments, from mountains and valleys to the streets of the city, and even so swimming and scuba diving along the coast.
Rockstar has been keeping busy keeping the game in the minds of gamers, even without regular updates about the game itself. Recently, Rockstar has reactivated the Twitter account of the Epsilon Program, the fake cult that will apparently be part of the game. Rockstar also recently released two new pieces of artwork from the game, showing of two of the characters jet skiing and riding a dirtbike.
With all the hype and buildup for Grand Theft Auto 5, It is good that Rockstar will finally put out new information about the actual game, instead of teasing fans with a variety of extras. With so many people clamoring for new information about the game, this trailer will definitly be welcome to Grand Theft Auto fanatics. The game is set to be released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 September 17.
