Today we have more news concerning the Android 4.3 update for both the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2. While Samsung has already announced a time frame for the rollout, French carrier SFR has published a timeline detailing that the two devices won't receive Android 4.3 until November at the earliest.
While Bluetooth 4.0 LE support (found only in Android 4.3) is required for full connectivity with the Galaxy Gear smartwatch, it looks as if basic functions between the two devices already work.
As of now, the Droid DNA is scheduled to receive Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and a bump to Sense 5 or higher by the end of the year.
HTC set an aggressive goal for itself when it announced it would try and have both U.S. and Canadian HTC Ones upgraded to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean before September ended. While HTC won't miss the deadline by much, it looks like there will be a slight delay in the rollout of the U.S. upgrade.
It looks like Canadian Samsung Galaxy Galaxy S3 owners will have to wait a little while longer to get their Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update.
Canadian owners of the HTC One should expect to receive Android 4.3 along with the latest Sense user interface by the end of September.
