Kevin Durant, forward of the Oklahoma City Thunder and current NBA Most Valuable Player, is on the cover of the new game "NBA 2K15". The game is bound to be launched on October 7, 2014 on several gaming platforms and consoles.

The new advertisement of the video game, entitled "Most Valuable Players", features various parts of Durant's touching acceptance speech. Other people were also featured saying parts of his MVP speech.

In the start of the video, the hashtag #YourTimeHasCome is shown in the middle of the screen against a black background. Snippets of Durant's speech are played throughout the clip which lasted 1:10. Various players and fans said certain lines that were part of Durant's MVP speech and several in-game clips were also presented, showing the upgraded graphics and fluid movements of players in the game.

In a report by News OK, 2K stated that gamers who pre-order "NBA 2K15" will also get the new "Most Valuable Players" trailer. The pre-order bonus pack includes 5,000 worth of virtual currency, two MyTeam card packs, a Kevin Durant Throwback MyTeam card and MyPlayer leg sleeves inspired by the OKC forward.

According to Game Informer, the cover of the "NBA 2K15" features Kevin Durant in his blue OKC Thunder uniform with the landscape of the city and several street ball courts behind him. The caption, "Your Time Has Come" also appeared under the game title. The game will be released for Playstation 3, Playstation 4, PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Despite the OKC already gone in the playoffs, the presence of Durant on the cover is bound to boost sales for the upcoming game. A lot of fans shared that they expect 2K, the game developers to top the great graphics and animations of NBA 2K15's predecessor, 2K14. Some people said that they wanted more add-ons instead of regular bug fixes. The game modes and features should also be enhanced to provide a more dynamic type of gameplay. In 2K14, the former MVP LeBron James was featured on the cover.
