Nike Christmas Pack 2013: Sneaker Giant Release Basketball Shoes - Kobe 8, KD 6 and Lebron 11

Just as in the previous years, Nike Basketball introduces to the market its Yuletide signature sneaker collection for this year. In a report from the Sole Collector, three of the top sneaker models would get the Christmas design upgrade, namely the LeBron 11, the Kobe 8 System SS and KD 6.

For the LeBron 11, the shoes for the reigning MVP take on a Christmas color with a Christmas green mint color and red accents. There is also a translucent outsole to represent frost this season, while geometric snowflakes and royal palm prints are also featured to create that unique design called the "palmsicle".

For the Kobe 8 System SS, NBCSports reports the new sneaker for the future Hall of Famer has a shedding skin design - a bold modern intepretation of snake scales. These are then attached to a translucent shroud with neon mamba green and chrome gold accents to represent the holidays. This comes right before the new high-top Kobe 9 that was already unveiled but would be made available by February.

For the KD 6, the reigning NBA scoring champion, the Christmas sneaker would be the traditional red and green. The sneaker has a Fair Isle Christmas sweater pattern according to NBA SI. The accents are in Christmas plaid at the collar, with the detail of trees, stripes and Kevin Durant's jersey number 35. It also has the metallic red Nike Flywire technology while the sole is speckled mint green.

All three sneaker designs would be featured by their respective endorsers during their Christmas Day games. Durant's Oklahoma Thunder team would play the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, and the Miami Heat would be playing at the L.A. Lakers at Staples Center.
