Tennis Star Roger Federer Thanks Swiss Open Gstaad Officials On Twitter For Full-Grown Cow
Swiss Open organizers seemed very much delighted to see former world's No. 1 and 17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer back in the tournament, giving him quite an amusing token of appreciation.
Federer, who will play in Gstaad for the first time since 2004, received a full-grown cow from the Swiss Open organizers on Tuesday to kick-off the tournament.
It marked the second time Federer was given a cow by the tournament organizers. The Swiss Master received a cow he named Juliette in 2003 following his victory at the Wimbledon Open Championships.
Still, Federer is very much pleased to bring home another cow, tweeting his thanks on Twitter.

After suffering a second-round exit at the 2013 Wimbledon Open and another stunning loss in Hamburg last week, Federer is looking to bounce back as he guns for another title this year in front of his home crowd in Gstaad.
Federer is seeded No. 1 in the tournament, but the playing field will be much tougher than he had in Hamburg, with world's No. 10 Stanislas Wawrinka, Janko Tipsarevic, Juan Monaco and Mikhail Youzhny all vying for the crown.
Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic will release a nutrition guide book entitled "Serve To Win."
Djokovic, who struggled playing under hot conditions and often ran out of stamina, believes his gluten-free diet helped him to improve his game tremendously over the last three years.
"Finding the right foods for my body has made me lighter, healthier, and more focuse.. it's made all the difference in my career and in my life,'' Djokovic told Tennis World about his book, which is scheduled for release before the US Open Championships.
