There's not much good news concerning Android 4.2.2 for Galaxy Note owners. In fact, recent delays and sales problems mar the original phablet's chances of getting Android 4.2.2 anytime soon.
Samsung has rolled out Android version 4.1.2 for the original “phablet” of the Galaxy Note series.
Guess what? It's finally here. Samsung Galaxy Note owners have been watching their 2011 brethern, Galaxy S2 owners, slowly get their fill of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and now it looks like they can finally join in on the fun. Reports indicate that the Galaxy Note international model GT-N7000 is receiving Android 4.1.2.
As the months seem to drag on, Samsung Galaxy Note owners are still left wondering when they will get their first taste of Jelly Bean, and as February passes its midpoint, there's still no indication that Android 4.1 is getting pushed out. The closest release date we know of, it seems, should be in March, and in Ukraine.
Apple, unwilling to cede even an inch of ground to the Korea-based company, will supposedly launch the 'iPhone Math' in June or July and step onto fresh ground with a new 4.8-inch screen and an 8-megapixel camera.
