Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner appear to be on the verge of calling off their divorce. Despite having announced the divorce earlier this year after rumors spread about the "Batman V Superman" actor having an affair with the nanny, the exes have been seen several times together in public.
In fact, the Daily Mail recently reported that the two Hollywood stars have been spotted on a solo trip to the gym during the Thanksgiving holidays.
Over the weekend, Affleck and Garner were seen at a Los Angeles gym working out. Jen looked svelte in her workout clothes while working out with her personal trainer. However, the same could not be said of Affleck who appeared shy to be seen by the paparazzi, as he kept his head under his hood the entire time he was at the gym.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's divorce appeared to have affected Ben more.
According to Perez Hilton, the 43-year-old actor was also seen appearing worn out outside a gas station during the holiday. He was reportedly wearing sweatpants with a cigarette in hand.
The website added that Garner and Affleck are to spend the Christmas holidays with their kids Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.
With the "Daredevil" co-stars appearing to spend more and more time with each other even after filing for a divorce, several rumors are popping up that these sightings will eventually lead to a reconciliation.
In a recent report by KpopStarz, an insider said that the former couple are still trying to work things out, at least for the meantime.
"It seems both Ben and Jen have decided that, for the time being, it's unnecessary for them to enter what could potentially be a messy and lengthy divorce battle," the insider reportedly told the outlet, adding that they have both decided to spend the holidays together "to avoid more upheaval for the family."
"Jen and Ben are figuring out right now how they can best spend the holidays together," the insider added.
However, People reported that the Thanksgiving get-together was only a "family affair."
In addition, according to Movie News Guide, a close source told the former couple that the Thanksgiving celebration was for their children to see their family reunited.
While the recent sightings don't necessarily indicate Affleck and Garner calling off the divorce, The Inquisitr noted that their desire to keep their family relations healthy plays a big role in them reuniting.
As of now, it remains to be seen whether their time together will mean the couple will really call off the divorce, but it is possible.
