Gwen Stefani has not revealed the exact details of her divorce with husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale. However, a new report has come out claiming that she has suffered from a secret illness that could have resulted from Rossdale's alleged affair with nanny Mindy Mann.

According to Radar Online, Gwen Stefani had an ongoing health battle while she was dealing with rumors that Gavin had been cheating.

"[Gwen Stefani] had non-specific symptoms including stomach aches, muscle pain, constant headaches and other digestive issues," the website reported.

Gwen apparently tried to find out what's causing her illness by going to doctors, but they couldn't find any illness. Since the former "No Doubt" singer is fond of alternative medicine, she reportedly tried acupuncture. The treatment provided her "some relief," however, the report said Gwen still experienced pain.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's divorce took place in August, after a 13-year-marriage. The couple has three children together.

According to The Inquisitr, Gwen Stefani appeared to have hinted Rossdale's affair earlier this month as she sat down with Ryan Seacrest for his radio show.

In the interview, Gwen said the marriage reached its limit the day after The Grammys, meaning the actual split occurred on February 9.

A Radar Online source said Gwen had already been suspicious that Gavin had been having an affair with Mann. She added she was in denial at the time, so she let it go at first.

"[Gwen Stefani] had suspected for months that Gavin had been cheating on her with the nanny, Mindy Mann. Gwen would confront Gavin and he would reply she was crazy, which only made Gwen feel worse... There were days [Gwen Stefani] could hardly get out of bed," said the source.

When February 9 came, the source said that Stefani's staff told her they also suspect Gavin had been cheating with the nanny. While Gavin's denials continued, Gwen has had it by this time.

During the Ryan Seacrest interview, Gwen said the day of the breakup involved a "major event where things got really clear."

Gwen didn't give Seacrest any details, but she did say that her new single, "Used To Love You," has clues.

The Radar Online source added that Gwen's pain started dissipating once she learned the truth. She reportedly realized that the stress from her marriage with Gavin was the cause of her unknown illness.

It appears that Gwen has since moved on, as she is now dating "The Voice" co-star and coach Blake Shelton, who also divorced former wife Miranda Lambert this year. Gwen didn't mention her relationship with Shelton in the Ryan Seacrest interview, but she did say she found him "hot."
