The third game patch for "FIFA 15" has been released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
Several bugs have been fixed and new content and updates have also been provided, including for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
In a report by TheFuseJoplin.com, the added content and features include new authentic player faces for promoted teams in the Barclays Premier League such as Burnley, Leicester City and Queens Park Rangers. There are also new players, badges and kits in FIFA Ultimate Team for the two new expansion teams in MLS namely Orlando City and New York City FC. 18 high-profile players on the game had their player item portraits updated in FIFA Ultimate Team. Players can now also assign instructions using the squad screen in FIFA Ultimate Team.
Based on a report by Christian Today, several issues and bugs have also been fixed, particularly in the camera and stability. There were gameplay fixes made to defensive positioning and lob through balls. Adjustments were made to cameras in multiple-licensed stadiums, the kit clashing logic in Pro Clubs and Seasons was improved as well as the "Looking Ahead" audio and overlays in Career Mode. Team Management functionality was enhanced in multiplayer matches and there were general stability fixes done in Career Mode.
Other fixes include ability to Play Lock in Player Career while several controllers are used, audio storylines in Match Day Live games, online user population counts in Pro Clubs and Seasons menus, player names on specific kits in the Barclays Premier League, FUT player item portraits that feature a white background in FUT and the incorrect display of the Team of the Week preview. Christian Today also reported that the FUT Transfer Market Compare Price is currently functional for players who were moved near the transfer deadline. The issue on the transfer of progress across console generations that causes incorrect FUT Season progress tracking was also fixed. When players use the "Compare Price" feature on in-form Players Items, it will compare the item with other in-form versions instead of the regular version.
FullFifa.com reported that "FIFA 15: Holiday Edition" will be available on Xbox One in digital form. It features the whole game, 2200 FIFA points, EA Sports Football Club items and Lionel Messi loan player for five games. The product will be available until January 19, 2015 for $60. EA Games, the game developer, did not yet state whether the game will also be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PS4.
