Amanda Bynes revealed on Twitter that she intends to sue InTouch magazine.
The gossip journal published pictures of Bynes at a supposed New York City Party and showed an apartment that is sparsely furnished with some of the windows in her bedroom spray-painted black. The pictures also show Bynes lying on a bed with no sheets smoking, what appears to be, a marijuana joint. In the story, photographer Giovanni Arnold stated, "One minute she's cool and down-to-earth. The next, she's totally different - indecisive, and she can't hold a conversation. Mentally, she's all over the place."
"She probably gets so high that sometimes she won't even leave her house. Weed was everywhere. On the bed, all over the floor," he added.
Bynes immediately reacted on Twitter denying that those were pictures of her and said she would sue the magazine.
"That's not my bed! Those aren't my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him! [sic]," Bynes tweeted.
"I have to sue because that's not my apartment, those aren't my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone's body to ruin my life! The photos in this issue are fake and mocked up! I don't care enough to keep talking about it. Just assume that I [expletive] the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they [expletive] hate me!"
She later blamed the editor of the magazine and wrote, "This ugly faced woman @JessicaFinnNYC is the one who bought fake photos of me & put that picture that looks nothing like me on the cover!"
A few hours later, Bynes posted another comment about the editor: "@JessicaFinnNYC hey ugly."
When Finn did not reply to her comments, Bynes composed yet another tweet, this time directed at Perez Hilton.
"The only thing sadder than your ugly face still writing stories about me is the fact that you think I'd even step foot in a room with that ugly faced black man."
The former child star has been in the headlines following erratic behavior on Twitter. Earlier this week, it seemed she was heading in the right direction after she stated that she was changing.
Bynes still faces a DUI trial, which is set for May 29, after getting arrested following a vehicle collision in West Hollywood.
