There's an old saying that states that you're only as good as the company that you keep. Well, if that's true, then Justin Bieber may need to seriously rethink his friends.
According to TMZ, Lil Twist, a rapper signed to Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment record label, threw a pot party at Bieber's mansion in Calabasas, California. The 20-year-old rapper reportedly hosted and organized the shindig which included beer, hard liquor and a marijuana pipe known as a bong. He invited about 40 people over who were mostly women to the Canadian singer's home on March 19. Meanwhile, the "Beauty and A Beat" singer was overseas in Europe.
One eyewitness who wished to remain anonymous told TMZ that the party lasted well past 2 a.m..
An unidentified attendee took a photo sitting in front of a Bob Marley poster, which happens to be the same poster captured in one of Lil Twist's recent Instagram photos. Though it is believed that Lil Twist was the one who organized the party, it is not clear on whether Bieber knew those actions were taking place or not.
Lil Twist and Bieber have developed a close friendship over the past several months, with pictures surfacing in January showing Bieber smoking what appears to be a marijuana cigar.
On New Year's Day, Twist was stopped by police while speeding in Justin's Ferrari. He also drove Justin's Fisker into cement poles at a liquor store earlier this month before leaving the scene and car behind.
