The Colombian President and minister announce the extradition of Marcos Herber to the press. They promise to extradite the other drug lords as well. Nicki asks about the bombs in Cali and whether they are related to the Medellin Cartel.
Pablo and the Medellin Cartel meet to talk about Hildargo and the Cali Cartel. He tells them that they will attack the Cali Cartel and that he does not care if they start a war with the cartel. He also tells them that Maurizio Restrepo will be killed.
The Coronel calls his heads to tell them that he got Pablo Correa and while his heads are not satisfied they are pleased.
The Escobars continue to evacuate the house as the police chase after the family.
Escobar is upset about the Extradition of Herber. Even the Cano family is unhappy because they want the whole Medellin drug Cartel in jail and away from Colombia.
Escobar fears that Herber will talk the minute they give him life in prison. He also fears that he will also be extradited if he is caught.
In light of the hit telenovela "Pablo Escobar: Patron del Mal," Telemundo has acquired the exclusive U.S. and Puerto Rican broadcasting rights to a feature length documentary on the world's most notorious drug trafficker.
Ernest Chacon is released from the hospital with paparazzi's waiting outside for him.
Pablo receives a call from Marcus pressuring him about Coronel Jimenez's death. He tells him that they need to do something about the extradition.
Pablo's mother also pressures him to know what Yesenia wanted. She tells him that if she is his lover he better not get her pregnant because he can only have children with Patty.
Meanwhile Jimenez's family is in turmoil as Jimenez gives his child a gun and his wife becomes upset.
The Supreme Court decides that they will not proceed with Extradition of the druglords after receiving threats.
In the meantime Marcus decides he will hide because he does not trust the government and does not want to get caught by anyone. He also asks about Coronel Jimenez and when they will kill him. Pablo assures him that the Coronel will be killed.
Coronel Jimenez meets with his family and tells them that they have to follow orders because they are at risk of being killed.
The country mourns the death of the Magistrate. After the funeral Coronel Jimenez is asked to take a break but he refuses. He asks to go to Medellin but the director of police says that he could be potentially assassinated.
In jail Pedro Motoa waits for his sentencing and tells Julio that he needs to pressure his lawyers.
Nikki interviews Pedro Motoa trying to find answers on his business is unsuccessful.
Pablo Escobar continues cheating on his wife, meeting with associates and dealing drugs as the police attempt to capture the drug cartel.
The Guerilla takes over the justice palace killing ministers and many politicians.
As a result the government sends over the military but the justice palace ends up destroyed. The Colombian population mourns the loss of the ministers and the destruction of the historical palace.
