The Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 will be carried and sold exclusively with AT&T.
AT&T issued a statement on the deal as the "unrivaled leader in Windows Phones," and touted it has sold more Windows Phones than any other carrier.
The two devices will run on the carrier's 4G LTE network.
"We welcome AT&T's decision to offer the Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820, which, when added to what we've witnessed in other markets, underscores the momentum behind our Lumia devices and the broader Windows ecosystem," said Nokia Americas President Olivier Puech. "Our continued collaboration with AT&T is an important component for Nokia's success in the U.S. market."
AT&T Mobility's Senior Vice President of Devices and Developer Services Jeff Bradley said, "Exclusive to our customers and featuring unique innovations in imaging technology, wireless charging and a bright, sensitive display - all on the nation's largest 4G network - the Lumia 920 will be one of the hottest phones for the holidays," said Jeff Bradley.
AT&T did not comment on a specific release date, but noted it is "planned to be made available" in November.
WP Central's Daniel Rubino reported on upcoming dates AT&T has planned for the Nokia devices.
According to Rubino, Oct. 21 or 22 could see AT&T announce pricing and availability.
"Traditionally, AT&T has announced new phones with a pre-order date following a week later," he added."
Other dates included Nov. 4, when the Lumia 920 could go on sale in stores.
The Verge reported Nov. 2 as the release date.
