Grand Theft Auto Online is starting to become the game mode that Rockstar promised it would be, and millions of gamers are forming crews and committing crimes all over Los Santos. However, for those looking for a shortcut to get an advantage over others in the game, here is a guide to cheats and secrets for Grand Theft Auto Online.

Players can take on rivals in a variety of ways, and killing another player in the game will give players the ability to steal all their money that they are carrying. This could be a huge amount of money if they do not frequently go to the ATM, so the player that was killed may set on bounty on those that killed and robbed him. One easy way to avoid being killed by bounty hunters is to switch the game to passive mode. Rival crews can still play some after the player, but their bullets will not harm the player. However, players must go into passive mode before the bounty is issued or else this cheat will not happen.

Online players may also want to learn how to steal the Blaine County Sheriff SUV during online play. This vehicle is one of the strongest in the game, and can hold 8 players at once, with four players outside the vehicle having access to the weapons outside the vehicle. It is also the only law enforcement vehicle that can be saved in a garage. Player's must get a wanted level of four stars before the vehicle starts showing up, then it is recommended another player comes in and steals one of the vehicles while the other causes chaos and pins down on of the vehicles. Once the players escape the police, they can then save the SUV in one of their garages and have access to it in the game's online mode.

Players can also steal helicopters and military jets if they really want to cause some chaos in Grand Theft Auto Online. If a Level 30 player calls in a helicopter for $1,000, they can shoot the pilot and then steal the helicopter for use. If players take the helicopter and bring it near Ft. Zancudo and parachute into the fort, then they can easily steal a P-996 Lazer jet and then cause some real damage around the online portion of Grand Theft Auto Online.
