GTA 5 News: Cheats for 100% Gameplay Completion; PC Version Expected Soon by Intel [Trailer]

One of the most expensive, expansive games in history, Grand Theft Auto 5 pushes the boundaries of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to create a huge world for players to explore. To achieve 100 percent completion in the game, players must invest a huge amount of time to find every collectible and complete every quest, but it looks like there's also a short cut.

It should be noted that getting 100 percent completion in Grand Theft Auto 5 unlocks additional content for the game dealing with alien life, so it's a worthwhile endeavour. IGN has the full list of mission that players can partake in, including the ones that will count towards the completion percentage.

The only missions that are required to be completed in full to reach 100 percent completion are the 69 story missions. For the hobbies and Pastimes, players only need to complete 42 of the 59 possible missions involving shooting ranges, races and flight school among other activities. There are 58 strangers and freaks found in the game, but players only need to complete 20 of these missions in order to get to the post game content. For the random events scattered through out the game, players only need to complete 14 of the possible 57 to get credit.

Players must also complete 16 out of 30 miscellaneous tasks to get to 100 percent. These includes everything from mundane tasks such as visiting a cinema and playing darts, to collectible missions such as finding all 50 spaceship parts and the 50 letter scraps.

Finally, computer hardware manufacturer Intel believes the game is coming soon to the PC, at least according to marketing director Chris Silva in his interview with PC Gamer:

"At least with Grand Theft Auto I don't think it'll be console exclusive very long. But that's what happens when you have a brand new launch with two companies that have lots of money trying to make sure they have content."

Rockstar remains uncommitted to porting the game to the PC, but it'll be interesting to see how the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 would compare to the console version.
