Bethesda has announced that they are no longer putting out content for Skyrim, and could be focused on making Fallout 4.
Today marks the final day that PS3 users can get Skyrim DLC for half off, thus completing Bethesda's release of the game's DLC...for now.
PlayStation 3 Skyrim gamers will finally officially be in the club as of tomorrow. After what seems like an eternity, Bethesda will release the last major piece of DLC for the PlayStation 3 - Dawnguard will hit PSN on Tuesday, Feb. 26.
Owners of the latest Elder Scrolls video game, Skyrim, on the PlayStation 3 have had to wait quite some time, but are now in the midst of receiving three substantial pieces of DLC. Bethesda released Dragonborn last week, on Feb. 12, and will be following that up with Hearthfire tomorrow, Feb. 19 (Feb. 20 for those in Europe).
Today is a big day for PlayStation 3 Elder Scrolls Skyrim gamers everywhere. Not only is Dragonborn releasing on PSN, Europeans will get Dragonborn in one day as well and update 1.08 has been rolled out.
As if there wasn't enough to already do in an Elder Scrolls game, Sony PlayStation 3 owners can expect a flurry of DLC to hit their consoles over the course of February. Bethesda has finally announced the official North American release dates for Dragonborn, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire expansions for the PlayStation 3.
After wading through months of misinformation and promises from Bethesda, legions of Playstation 3 Skyrim fans will finally gain access to the Dragonborn, Hearthfire, and Dawnguard DLC packs in February, confirms the developer's official blog
Despite technical hurdles which bred months of delays, Dragonborn will debut on the PS3, followed by Dawnguard and Hearthfire.
The next Skyrim DLC may allow players to mount a dragon, according to a Bethesda forum member known as Mardoxx, who scanned the source code for the game's patch 1.8.
