"Destiny" players are in for an early holiday treat with the updates for the game continuously coming.

Providing details about their December update, Bungie specifically highlighted the Weapon tuning that "Destiny" gamers will experience next month.

The game's Auto Rifles will be given a small increase in base damage while the frequently used Pulse Rifles, known for its incredible damage, will see a reduction on its base damage and damage falloff between Auto Rifle and Hand cannon ranges. The Pulse Rifle, however, will be given an increased based damage when used against AI enemies.

Moreover, the Hand cannons will only see one improvement on their ADS accuracy while the Shotguns will see the most changes.

In the December update, the Shotgun will have a reduced starting damage falloff in order to match lunge ranges as well as an extended 0.5 meters falloff distance. The weapons' reload speed, time to aim down, and base movement speed will also be reduced while a longer recoil and 2-frame delay will be added if coming out from a sprint.

Sniper Rifles, Fusion Rifles, and Sidearms will also be given minor changes to make them even more competitive and fun to use in the game.

Meanwhile, Exotic Weapons such as The First Curse, Hawkmoon, The Chaperone, Sleeper Simulant, Black Spindle and Fabian Strategy will also see some fine tuning come the update.

Specific details about the weapon tuning update can be found in the aforementioned Bungie website.

On the other hand, Bungie also revealed its new wave of "Destiny" exotic gears and weapons for year 2.

Besides these details, Bungie also revealed in their weekly update that the new "Challenge Modes" will also come in "Destiny."
