In anticipation of the official launch of “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate” on PC, Ubisoft featured a launch trailer that showcased gameplay highlights. The game will become available on Nov. 19, 2015.
The footage lasted 1:11 and initially introduced the Frye twins. The high ratings given by respectable game critics were shown onscreen as the music pumped in the background. The main protagonists were shown walking the streets of London in the Industrial Age. As expected, there were a lot of stealth moves and stunts going on, as the characters moved up buildings and beat enemies at various locations. Many classic features like horse-drawn carriages, steaming locomotives, and cobblestone streets were also featured, which will give fans of the franchise a new kind of excitement.
The video description stated, “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is available on PC November 19. Get ready to build your gang and take control of the London underworld.”
Gamespot wrote that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game released at the end of October 2015. The PC version was developed by Ubisoft Kiev in Ukraine while the console models were mainly developed by Ubisoft Quebec.
Gamespot also provided the system requirements for the PC version. Gamers should have at least Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 (64-bit versions) installed, an Intel Core i5 2400s @ 2.5GHz or AMD FX 6350 @ 3.9GHz processor, 6GB or more of RAM for Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R9 270 (2GB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0) graphics card, DirectX June 2010 Redistributable and a DirectX compatible sound card with the latest drivers.
For optimum graphics quality and performance, Ubisoft recommends players to have Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 (64-bit versions only) installed, an Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.5GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0GHz, 8GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 (4GB), GTX 970 (4GB), AMD Radeon R9 280X (3GB) or better graphics card, 50GB of free space, DirectX June 2010 Redistributable and DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card with the latest drivers.
Ubisoft stated that “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate” will require a graphics card with a minimum of 3GB of VRAM while playing at full HD resolution. Gamers are requested to view the VRAM meter usage when adjusting the advanced options to fully customize the game experience.
