Rumors about the Apple iPhone 7 continue to circulate although it is reportedly not set to launch until late in 2016. There are talks that the next iPhone flagship model will feature a bezel-less design and sport a full-screen display.

A new concept video for the iPhone 7 recently surfaced. User DeepMind, together with SvetApple, worked on their own take of the iPhone 7, particularly showcasing the flagship model’s ability to enlarge images beyond the regular display borders toward the edges of the device.

Tech Times previously reported that there were talks that Apple was accepting samples of OLED displays from Samsung. If the rumor is true, the iPhone 7 will most likely include OLED display although the technology has already been featured by a number of smartphone manufacturers. The iPhone 7 may also feature better contrast and better blacks. The design might feature significant changes. Analyst Gene Munster also predicted that the next-generation iPhone will no longer have a home button, thereby allowing the display to be bigger or smaller. The phone may also feature an extra-resistant sapphire display.

iDigital Times revealed that the iPhone 7 is projected to feature an A10 SoC, a 2K display, front-facing speakers, a very thin 6mm frame, an Apple wireless charging puck, and an 8-megapixel front camera. The handset may also have a stronger non-metallic casting that will provide it with a strong waterproof frame.

PC Advisor stated that the next-generation iPhone 7 will most likely be available in Gold, Silver, Space Grey and Rose Gold colors. The device may have a 12-megapixel iSight rear camera. The screen size may be 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches, or 5 inches and 5.7 inches. The A10 processor may have an integrated M10 motion co-processor, 2GB of RAM, iOS 10 or iOS X, and a new headphone jack, called the D Jack, with a diameter of 2mm. The flagship model may also include an e-SIM, which is a huge upgrade from physical SIMs. The design of the iPhone 7 will most likely be its most notable change. There is a huge possibility that sidewall displays, which are already present on the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, S6 Edge+ and Note Edge, will also be included in the new Apple iPhone 7 when it launches next year.

In the meantime, Apple is still busy pushing the Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. More updates and concepts of the iPhone 7 are expected to surface in the coming months.
