Aww Harry Styles is such a sweetheart! The One Directioner reached out to Perrie Edwards after a learning of her split from his former bandmate, Zayn Malik.
Sources at the Daily Star learned the 1D member reached out to Perrie when he learned of the unprecedented break-up. Zayn broke up with the Little Mix member via text a few weeks ago. It has been rumored Perrie did not see the split coming.
The curly haired boy-band member reached out to Perrie because he can relate, relays the Daily Star's source. "It's something Harry really understands from having his heart broken by his first girlfriend when he was 14."
The insider added, "His heart immediately went out to Perrie and he called her up straight away. He's very spontaneous that way. It meant a lot to her."
According to the Daily Star, the pair were never known to be friend, but this move is part of Harry's gentleman-like nature.
He appears to be a peace-making spirit, as he has extended a shoulder to Zayn as well during this difficult time. The "What Makes You Beautiful" singer reached out to his ex-bandmate post break-up with Perrie, reports HollywoodLife.com. Apparently there are no hard feelings between the formers since Zayn decided to leave the boy band to lead a solo career.
HollywoodLife.com exclusively learned Style had written a letter to Zayn. "Harry is a really nice guy and he proved that once again. He wrote a sweet and sincere email to Zayn about everything they had been through," dishes the insider. "He told Zayn how brave he thought he was over the past year, leaving the band and now calling off his engagement. It definitely touched Zayn."
Maybe Styles is doing his best to extend the olive branch between Perrie and Zayn to reconcile their differences. Especially since the ex-partners have been publicly shading one another since the break-up. Zayn has favorited other high profile women's racy photos, like Kylie Jenner. He also voted down Little Mix's "Black Magic" to Fifth Harmony's "Worth It" via a twitter pole and even unfollowed Little Mix on Twitter. Burn! Perrie's bandmate was photographed carrying a "Zayn Is Irrelevant Anyways" poster after a fan signing in Arizona.
Maybe Harry is working his magic and soon all will be well... hopefully.
