The power couple are already making mega bucks. But they may get a whole lot wealthier by baring a little skin, together.
The highest paid celebrity couple have reportedly been offered $10 million to pose together in their skivvies. A source at The Daily Star, as reported by Mirror, says the musical duo are being tapped by Armani to front their luxury underwear line.
After the success of Calvin Harris's underwear campaign, the Italian brand is hoping to the couple can make a big splash together. Armani is hoping to liken the photoshoot to David And Victoria Beckham's 2009 underwear campaign. The Daily Star's insider said, "Armani bosses reckon Taylor and Calvin could emulate the success of the David and Victoria adverts."
The Italian fashion house is reportedly offering the pair $10 million initially, however, they can gross a few more dollars with worldwide promotion. "The Taylor offer is initially around the $10 million mark but that sum could then triple with global promotion if the campaign is successful."
The source goes on to add, "Taylor and Calvin are the hottest thing on the planet right now. Calvin's adverts have done really well and helped the brand reach a different audience." The EDM star was tapped late last year to pose for the luxury clothing brand. The internet went haywire when his drool-worthy picks were released late July. Comments on regarding the "Summer" artist's photos ranged from jealousy to admiration.
The 25-year old songstress and 31-year old world-class DJ have a combined estimated net worth of $146 million. Whoa!
Calvin Harris may be down for the shoot, however it is unclear whether Tay Tay will be up for the sultry shoot, especially since she's already been called out by Miley Cyrus as a poor role-model for her vengeful-based music video for "Bad Blood."
The source further added, "The offer is on the table and it is now up to Taylor's team to see if it is the right thing to do for her image."
