Lamar Odom is clapping back at rumors that he ambushed his ex-wife, Khloé Kardashian, while she was on the way into the Beverly Hills Soul Cycle early Wednesday morning.
In the footage captured by TMZ, Odom insists the recent run-in was prearranged. "I live in Las Vegas, so was there an address or a place given, or I just guessed right? Did I just guess right, where this girl may be?" he says.
"You know I know Khloé, right? So how do you think I ended up there?" he angrily asks the cameraman.
The former NBA star is seen experiencing a roller coaster of emotions in the 2-minute video clip, following the "ambush" incident. He reportedly said he is not the person he is made out to be from the website's previous reports.
"I am not, not, not the person they tryna make me out to be, whoever is doing it," he says.
Odom also touches on a slew of issues that have been magnified by the media, including his cheating rumors and history with drug abuse. He also apologizes to his supportive friends and family for the outburst, but he is obviously torn up by the entire situation.
"It is hard for me to keep my composure, I'm sorry but that is just it!" he exclaims. "The dog has to fight back. Ya'll won. You beat me down. Degraded me.
"Said I do everything in the world, I am a womanizer, f**king drug addict! Everything! I probably couldn't even get hired at f**king Home Depot right now because of how people look at me."
The athlete adds, "Nobody got followed, nobody got hassled, nobody got harassed, nobody got grabbed on. None of that."
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has yet to confirm whether her ex-husband's version of the story is true. According to TMZ, she seemed to be bothered by the encounter.
Odom reportedly approached Kardashian outside of Soul Cycle at 6:45 a.m. When his former lover refused to talk to him, the basketball player reached for her arm. "Get off of me, get off of me. Stop, stop," she shouted.
When a nearby bystander asked Kardashian if she wanted the cops to be called, Odom apparently yelled, "You're not calling the cops on Lamar Odom."
The reality star reportedly yelled back, "How did you know I was here?" and then got in her car and drove away.
Odom is sticking to his story and ended his explosive rant with: "If it happens again, I will air everything out... The dog has to bite back."
