Kim Kardashian is constantly talking about her weight, even loving gossip that claimed she was not pregnant because she looked so skinny. However, the rumors are circling that she cannot stop binge eating and is hiding food wrappers from husband Kanye West, although she has said she is on a strict pregnancy diet.
In Touch recently reported that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is doing everything she can to hide her eating habits from her hubby.
An insider disclosed that Kardashian has "been put on a pregnancy diet and has a nutritionist who's supposed to keep her on track," especially since she gained 70 pounds and was diagnosed with preeclampsia, a pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure, during her pregnancy with first child North. Also, she was supposedly warned that she should gain no more than 30 pounds to ensure a smoother delivery this time around.
Despite the doctor's warnings, the 34-year-old is reportedly struggling to keep her cravings at bay -- which is sure to cause a rift in the household after West was rumored to have taken on the same strict diet requirements, in order to support his wife.
According to HollywoodLife.com, the "All Day" rapper was doing everything he could to keep him and the reality star healthy. "Kanye is doing his best to help Kim with her pregnancy diet," a source revealed. "He has basically cut out all junk food from his diet. No fast food, no greasy fried food, no sugary baked goods."
The source also claimed that Yeezy has been hands-on in as well, even making healthy snacks for the couple: "He's been eating like Kim, lots of fruit and veggies, hummus, green drinks, protein smoothies. He knows how important this clean way of eating is to Kim's health and to their baby's health. He's really dedicated to supporting Kim and helping her avoid any temptations."
However, Kardashian is reportedly eating otherwise, stashing wrappers around the house and making the maids throw it out in disguise so West won't find them. "She has to make sure the evidence is out of the house, which means the housekeeper has to wrap it all up and take the fast food bags, wrappers and leftovers and toss them into one of the neighbors' garbage cans," the insider told In Touch.
Hopefully, Kim Kardashian will be able to turn things around very soon for the sake of her marriage and bouncing baby bump.
