Goodnesss, could it be that one of the most highly anticipated weddings already happened? Fans of FKA twigs and Robert Pattinson seem to be scratching their heads after the "Glass & Patron" singer dropped a very mysterious snapshot of herself on Instagram.
In the photo, half of FKA's face is shown, while the rest of the image focuses on the white lace and pleats of the wedding-inspired dress.
Although her recent picture lacks any visualization of her ring, the "Pendulum" crooner allowed friend and stylist Karen Clarkson to post the steamy bath tub snap back in April, of her wearing nothing but her rumored engagement ring.
FKA engaged the "Twilight" star after just 6 months of dating. Despite the short lived courting period, the two seem enamored with each other.
If the wedding has secretly happened already, it throws out all the hopes of fans witnessing the rumored "bangers and mash" ceremony.
A source previously divulged to The Daily Star that the pair were planning an unconventional wedding of sorts: "She'd like a low-key registry office ceremony, pub lunch and party with their friends. They're talking about August."
The source then added that the eclectic performer does not plan to wear the typical bridal gown, claiming, "Tahliah doesn't intend to wear white. She wants this to be fun and a bit different" -- perhaps a bright-colored and genital-covered ball gown like the one she donned to the 2015 Met Gala alongside her beau-to-be?
If this is the case, the beautiful lace frock sported in her latest Instagram post is not the dress from the rumored special occasion. However, fans are speculating for sure and even trolling one another over the U.K. native's suspected nuptials to the former Vampire.
"I don't think it's [her] wedding dress but it's white. Stop arguing [with] each other. Get over it..," a fan commented, while another insisted the rumors to be true: "That is her wedding dress and she is getting her hair done. They were married Sunday."
However, some followers took note of the caption, "inches and scissors never hurt anybody" and commented, "LOL why would she be wearing her wedding dress while getting a hair cut?"
Maybe twigs is just so fancy these days that she can wear a fancy-schmancy bridal gown for a quick trim. No big deal, right?
