Earlier this year, Samsung just released their new line of mobile phones to the public. The Samsung Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge both garnered astonishing reviews from critics and users worldwide.
Now, the South Korean tech giant plans to release the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 before the year ends. The most exciting news, however, is the rumour of the S6's predecessor coming out to the public a lot earlier than expected.
According to Techtimes, Samsung may actually be looking to release the new Samsung Galaxy S7 by the second half of the year. This is much earlier than many expected.
Samsung's underwhelming results for the Galaxy S5 last year was due to the overshadowing might of the better Galaxy Note 4. With the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge's success, the company aims to prevent last year's insufficiency.
Valuewalk claims that the Galaxy S7 is expected to be released much earlier than originally thought. While the reason for the earlier release is not yet known, many believe that it is to compete to compete with the release of the iPhone 6s / 7.
As far as rumours go, the new S7 will feature iris recognition technology. Another feature would be a 4k Super AMOLED display. It makes sense for Samsung to embrace 4k resolution technology as early as possible, this technology will become the prevailing aspect of electronic consumers in the future.
Reports stated that the new S7 will be equipped with a 5g network band for super-fast and highly improved mobile browsing. With this new addition, Apple will surely feel the pressure.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 is also reported to have 4 GB of RAM, a 64-bit Exynos 3.5 GHz processor, and a mind blowing 30-megapixel rear camera, and 10-megapixel front camera. The phone is expected to have a 5.5 Super AMOLED 4k resolution screen and comes 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB internal memory.
When it comes to release dates, reports are vague and inconsistent. The S7 is reported to be released on the second half of the year. Softpedia added that the phone will be released to the public possibly by March of 2016.
All the consumers can do as of now is stay tuned for the official announcement from Samsung or keep updated rumours about the Samsung Galaxy S7 on the Internet.
