Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale will no doubt be a major success for the Playstation 3.
The beta version was recently launched on the PS3 and Vita for PS Plus Subscribers enabling players to try the game out. Among the characters available in the beta were Kratos, Parappa, Fat Princess, Sweet Tooth, Colonel Radec, and Sly Cooper.
Big Daddy is one of the main antagonists of the Bioshock series. As the Little Sisters run about the city seeking out the ADAM under the sea. Big Daddy ensures that no one harms the Little Sisters.
His square attacks and descriptions:
(Regular Square) Jab: A quick forward jab
(Forward Square) Overhead Palooka: An overhead 2 hit punch that flattens opponents.
(Up Square): Uppercut: Upward punch that lifts opponents into the air.
(Down Square): Sweeping Fist: A downward swiping arm trips up opponents.
Air Square Attacks
(Square in the Air): Aerial Jab: A quick punch in the air.
(Forward Square in the Air): Aerial Hard Punch: A hard punch that rolls opponents on contact.
(Up Square in the Air): Aerial Uppercut: Upward punch that lifts opponents into the air.
(Down Square in the Air): Aerial Down Punch: A downward punch that hits opponents overhead.
Triangle Attacks and Descriptions
(Triangle on ground) Drill Punch: Hits opponents hard and drops opponents on their butts.
(Forward) Charging Rush: Big Daddy runs at opponents. Hold triangle to charge at opponents, release triangle to slam them. If they press the triangle again after the slam, then he will slam then down again.
(Up) Drill Skewer: An upward drill attack that hits opponents multiple times before sending them flying into the air.
(Down) Drill Slam: Big Daddy drills into the ground to create an area range attack. For more range, hit the triangle again.
Air Triangle Attacks
(Air Triangle) (Forward) Aerial Drill Punch: He extends the drill forward which sends opponents flying.
(Forward) Aerial Charging Rush: He descends on the opponents diagonally hitting enemies along the way.
(Up) Aerial Drill Skewer: An upward drill attack that hits opponents multiple times before sending them flying into the air.
(Down) Descending Drill Slam: Big Daddy drills into the ground to create an area range attack.
Circle Attacks and Descriptions
(Circle) Incinerate: Launches a fiery attack.
(Forward) Electro Bolt: Fires a beam of electric energy that shocks enemies.
(Up) Cyclone Trap: Spawns a mini-tornado in an upward diagonal spiral away from Big Daddy.
(Down) Winter Blast: Hold down the circle to freeze the ground around Big Daddy. Any opponent that makes contact will freeze immediately.
Air Circle Attacks
(Air Circle) Air Incinerate: A fiery attack. If the circle is held, then it will slow Big Daddy's descent and create a larger flame the longer it is held.
(Forward) Air Electro Shock: Fires a beam of electric energy that shocks enemies.
(Up) Air Cyclone Trap: Fires a beam of electric energy that shocks enemies.
(Down) Air Winter Blast: Shoots an icy blast that freezes opponents.
His first Super is Little Sister Gather in which a Little Sister attacks with her ADAM Syringe. Hi second super is Frenzy in which he goes into a rage and all of his attacks kill. His third Super is Flood in which the entire area goes underwater and the other characters are forced into a helpless state.
The game is slated for a November 20 release on both the PS 3 and PS Vita. Anyone who purchases the PS3 version will also receive a free download voucher for the Vita Version. Initial reviews for the Beta version have been mixed with complaints revolving around not being able to easily identify players' characters and balance issues between the characters.
