One of the most anticipated titles of the coming months is Grand Theft Auto 5. Not much has been known on the release date except for a few rumors, but some substantial information regarding the release date has finally been revealed.
A leaked image of an European poster for the game hinted that the title would be slated for a Spring 2013 release. As stated by IGN.com, this news does not indicate whether the release for Australia, North America, or Europe will be simultaneous.
The alleged revelation does prompt some questions however since the poster only displays the PS 3 and Xbox 360 logos - no sign or indication just yet that the Nintendo Wii U would get the title.
Latinospost recently brought up the idea of Nintendo finally getting a GTA game after Product Reviews hinted at the possibility. While the absence of the Wii U logo on the leaked poster may suggest that the title will not launch on Nintendo console, it does not mean either that Rockstar Games cannot follow Ubisoft and Warner Bros for release of a different GTA 5 version for the Wii U.
Among other notable GTA news is the fact that Game Informer is planning a full 18 page spread on the title in their upcoming issue that will be mailed to subscribers on November 8th. The Bit Bag has stated that the issue should include new screenshots, details, new features, information on the story, and possibly even a release date on the title.
