'GTA 5 Online Heists' Release Date, Rumors & News: Out This Month? New Codes Revealed!

It looks like that "Grand Theft Auto V" fans just have to wait a little more as the Online Heists are expected to finally come out this month. According to Christian Post, the launch has been set on February 24. This date has also been stated in an Autoomobile report.

Christian Post said that this particular date came after it has been spotted at the PlayStation store that the "GTA Online DLC" would be available on that date. It noted that this listing has already been deleted but it definitely fits in Rockstar's earlier announcement saying the Heists DLC will be out ahead of "GTA 5" for PC which is scheduled for March 24 after a series of delays. Plus, Christian Post also noted that the trailer and screenshots unveiled stress an "early 2015" game debut.

New Codes

Meanwhile, Latin Times reported that new codes have been discovered courtesy of YouTube user DomisLive. Here are the source codes:

• "SET_TSUNAMI_ENV" (to make a tsunami effect during Heist mission)
  
• "SET_AVALANCHE_ENV" (to create an avalanche during a mission)
  
• "IS_BAHAMA_INTERACTIVE_RENDERING" (Bahama Mama nightclub)
  
• "HEIST12_RENDER_BURNING"
  

According to the report, the first two environmental effects will only be enjoyed by PS4 and Xbox One users. The avalanche element, it adds, therefore points out that there will be "some form of North Yankton DLC" coming in the game. Meanwhile, the last source code is an element which could be triggered "when a certain building in a Heist mission is set on fire and has a blazing effect."

Meanwhile, International Business Times shared another set of codes courtesy of YouTube user TwoDynamic. The codes are:

• "Apply_Pegasus_Emergency_Contactjo" (This feature, according to IB Times, allows users to have a new contract from Pegasus allowing them to order emergency vehicles during Heist missions.)
• "IS_Player_JP_Metered" (This allows job points to be metered. Users can use these points when at advanced Heist missions)
• "Is_Health_Meter_Paused" (This feature allows Jeff to flee with no health depleted at a given amount of time)
• "Set_Time_Emergency_Vehicle_Ownership" (This allows users to set a time when using an emergency vehicles that has been rented.

Earlier, it has been reported by Latin Times that a special yacht location will be featured in the game. The information was shared by Twitter user Funmw2. The code for the said yacht is "hei_yacht_heist." Funmw2 also revealed four other codes. These are CJ_IOABoat," "hei_carrier," "smboat," and "cs3_07_mpgates."

Also, seven new vehicles have been unveiled. These are Lampadati Casco, Dinka Enduro, Vapid Guardian, HVY Insurgent, Karin Kuruma, Karin Technical, and Principe Lectro.
