While developer Naughty Dog has yet to disclose any specific release date to "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," except for the pronouncement that it will be rolled out in 2015, it looks like more details will be revealed about the game in December.
The latest installment to the very successful action adventure third-person shooter video game will be released exclusively on PlayStation 4.
Naughty Dog has promised gamers with new thrills and twists in the latest and most likely, last story in the video game franchise, reports Sporstkeeda in a November 11 article.
The developer announced the game on the Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) 2014 held at Los Angeles on June 10-12, 2014 along with a teaser trailer featuring game hero Nathan Drake in a forest environment, reports Gamepur.
With two big events coming next month, particularly the Video Game Awards 2014 and the PlayStation Experience, it looks like Naughty Dog will have some form of new update or details for "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," reveals the site.
The game's creative director Neil Druckmann, actually gave a hint on what Naughty Dog is planning for VGA 2014 when he posted on Twitter Nov. 27 saying: "Saw a sneak peek of something that's happening @thegameawards that has me very excited. Can't wait. See you on Friday, Vegas."
"Naughty Dog's love for VGA is known to each and every one of us. The studio has announced (their) last few games at VGAs. So we are expecting that this new teaser from 'Uncharted 4: A Thief's End' at the Game Awards 2014," states Gamepur.
The site also stated that Marin Sofiedal, the man behind the recently released fan film on the Uncharted franchise, has actually seen a glimpse of actual gameplay of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" running on PlayStation 4.
"Looks photo realistic, graphical leap as PS2 to Pixar movie. Never seen anything like it," describes Sofiedal about the gameplay trailer.
Whether or not the same gameplay trailer will be revealed in Dec. is yet to be known.
"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," which promises to be an edge-of-your-seat roller coaster ride, tells of a more personal story with a focus on who game hero Nathan Drake is as a person.
"It's his (Nathan Drake) greatest adventure yet and will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he's willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves," described Naughty Dog during the E3 2014 event in June, as reported by Gamespot.
