"LittleBigPlanet 3" featuring Sackboy and three new adorable characters Oddsock, Swoop, and Toggle, will be coming to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 on November 18.
For the gender sensitive, there is also Sackgirl, as alternative to Sackboy.
A puzzle-platformer video game developed by Sumo Digital, it has one of the most passionate gaming communities in the PlayStation realm, cites Push Square.
Sumo Digital has released a beta version of "LittleBigPlanet 3" two weeks ago and Sony Entertainment has allowed a number of game enthusiasts to play the 10-level game ahead of its release, bares the report.
"Primarily designed for the platform holder to test its net code, the two-week beta also enabled talented creator curators to make some original levels," states Push Square.
The beta version of "LittleBigPlanet 3" also contains fresh features that many gamers would surely appreciate.
High on that list would be the increase in layers and the addition of new characters all with unique abilities, notes Push Square.
One gamer, who obviously tried the 10-level beta version of "LittleBigPlanet 3" and surely had fun commented: "I think those rods are the coolest new inclusion to "LBP 3!" Well, after the 16 layers of course. I think this is my most anticipated game this holiday."
Another excited gamer said: "I am (already) loving 'LBP 3' on my (PS) Vita. (I am) sure it will be gorgeous on PlayStation 4."
New Characters and Trailers
Aside from the tireless Sackboy, three pal cuties will be joining him in his quest.
Oddsock is almost like a dog and he runs faster than Sackboy. He can even climb and slide on walls, notes VG 24/7.
There's Toggle whose special ability is to push objects aside for Sackboy, given his size. He also has the ability to shrink himself to a miniature size if there is a need to, points out the report.
Swoop, on the other hand, is a bird that can fly around various obstacles. Sackboy can even ride on to him and be taken to high areas that are inaccessible, it added.
VG 24/7 also reported that Sony has announced as early as October 31 that all previously purchased DLCs from "LittleBigPlanet" and "LittleBigPlanet2" will be playable on "LittleBigPlanet 3," which suits gamers even more.
The video game will hit the retail market on November 26 and the UK on November 28, discloses VG 24/7.
