It's not Black Friday until it's November 28 this year, but retailers are now starting to offer deals and other information appealing enough to lure shoppers into their shops and through their counters.
Walmart, for one, has leaked ads on its sales deals for the month of November, "revealing the entire month of November would be a time to save big on Christmas gift favorites," iDigitalTimes said.
Among the daily deals revealed is a $349 Xbox One console bundle with "Assassin's Creed 4: Blag Flag" and "Assassin's Creed 5: Unity." Also, the 16GB Apple iPad mini (Wi-Fi) will be sold at $239, while a Disney "Frozen" Elsa light-up dress (it's musical too) will be sold at $27.99.
The retailer has also revealed the following deals to expect on Black Friday, as listed by iDigitalTimes:
- Sony 48' LED LCD HDTV for $348.00
- Nintendo 2DS Handheld Video Game System for $79.00
- Barbie Dreamhouse for $120.00
- Nextbook 7.85' Tablet w/ 8GB Memory for $49.00
- Element 40' Direct-Lit LED HDTV for $199.00
- NutriNinja Pro Blender for $65.00
- Crayola Paint Maker for $12.00
Walmart is not the only one giving consumers the heads up for the shopping season. Amazon has also jumped into the Black Friday bandwagon by announcing their November deals, which include a "deeply discounted 'deal-of-the-day'" for the whole month until December 22, Tech Times noted. The said offering "often features technology items, on two items per day instead of one."
Meanwhile, Kmart will still be opening for Black Friday early as usual. "The chain also opened at 6 am on Thanksgiving - or 'the day before Black Friday,' as it is coming to be known - in 2013, but overall holiday season sales fell for the store anyway," Inquisitr observed. "Kmart's sister chain store, Sears, will also open on Thanksgiving Day, but not until 6 pm, 12 hours after Kmart."
Dell has also leaked its ad, revealing a host of tech treats up for grabs this holiday season. Here's one example, according to iDigitalTimes: "Get a new PlayStation 4 and copies of 'Grand Theft Auto V'and 'The Last of Us Remastered' for $400."
Target has announced that shipping is free for all of its products on its site until December 22. This applies to "many heavy technology items, though specific holiday deals and sale prices at the store have yet to be disclosed," according to Tech Times. On the other hand, GottaBeMobile said that Target has promised to match the price of qualifying items.
"We'll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Target or CityTarget stores then find the identical item for less in the following week's Target weekly ad or within seven days at Target.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, ToysRUs.com, BabiesRUs.com or in a competitor's local printed ad," the site quoted the retailer as stating.
