Apple only has good news to offer along with the release of their latest iOS 7.1.1 download update and that is offering several fixes on various keyboard and TouchID problems.
According to IBT, the latest OS version is already made available in the settings sections of any iPhone and iPad. It is described as packed with various "improvements, bug fixes and security updates." Along with this, the Cupertino-tech giant also stated that the latest iOS 7 update will solve issues on the iPhone 5S TouchID fingerprint sensor.
Several bug issues emerged since the release of the recent iOS version that included the failing response time of the keyboard plus the drawbacks of the new feature of the fingerprint sensor, Apple Insider reported.
Since the release of the iOS 7.1 last month, Apple has already made a move to fix a good number of issues that brought crashes experienced by most iPhone and iPad users especially when browsing Safari. Their first iOS 7.1 update helped improve the TouchID and Siri. The previous update also allowed CarPlay, a device that will be installed to vehicles, gain traction. The alleged device is rumored to launch by the later part of this year.
This update aims to sort issues related to inaccurate sensors and repair troubles of using Bluetooth keyboards that come with voice-over features, states Ars Technica. Apple's latest iOS 7.1.1 download update applies on the iPhone 4 as well as on the other versions of Apple's most popular smartphone. The same goes for iPad 2, Retina iPads, iPad Minis, iPad Air and even iPod Touch 5th Gen.
Geekwire adds that the iOS 7.1.1 update is not that heavy for the iPhone 5s to download since it counts in only at 26MB and a little more than 16MB for the iPad 4th gen. However, it is noted that those who have not yet downloaded the first update at iOS 7.1 will surely find this iOS 7.1.1 version a lot bigger.
