Android fans are totally excited with the Samsung Galaxy S5 launch this coming Friday but a set of leaked photos believed to be the Samsung Galaxy F recently emerged online to the surprise of many.
It was a Twitter user with the name WindyLeak posted two imaged of what many speculate as the next Samsung premium smartphone that comes with a quad HD display. The photos were never really referred to as exactly as the Galaxy F but some sites like the HDBlog.it believes the same, Yahoo News reports.
Other Samsung Galaxy F rumors include the 16MP rear camera, 3GB RAM, the Snapdragon 805 processor and a 5.2-inch quad HD display. It was BGR who first gathered up the details of the dubbed Samsung Galaxy F. In the leaked photos, the casing of the device was not exposed well but a clear image was posted on a Sunday that reveals the 5.2-inch quad HD rumor.
Another trusted tech rumor site featured the mysterious Galaxy F last fall, Tech Radar stated. All such news emerged when many hoped to get a Samsung smartphone in a metal frame instead of the usual plastic shell. Release date rumors of the talked about Galaxy F include a pegged date for last month but the Android tech giant missed its target. This was eventually concluded that the Korean tech giant paved the way instead for the April 11 release of the Samsung Galaxy S5.
Samsung, along with the Taiwan tech company HTC, is hoping to have a sales boost by the second quarter of this year as they reveal the latest flagship phones. HTC One launched their latest HTC One M8 last March 25 and the Galaxy S5 on April 11. In short, the stakes are both on a high according to The Wall Street Journal.
