Due to the gamers' long wait for the release of "Kingdom Hearts 3", many of them have voiced out their demands for the fight scenes on Reddit.
In a report by the Latin Times, a member asked fellow members of the online forum which characters they would like to see face off in a fight. Almost immediately, members started sharing their own fantasy fight sequences but one Reddit user named Sea-Salt caught the attention of the other gamers.
He suggested a fight between Sora and Vanitas and said, "3D seems to be teasing at a return for him, and the fact that both shared the same voice actor as well would make the interactions between them amusing, to say the least."
Other users supported Sea-Salt's statement and added that a fight between the two characters could lead to Ventus' reawakening.
It seems that this Reddit user's demand is not only directed towards Tetsuya Nomura, the game's creator, but to the voice actor, former child-star Haley Joel Osment, as well.
Regarding the release of the game, MonitoringCrunch reports, "At the moment, Haley hints that developers are hard at work. The voice actors are only needed once the game's fundamentals and establishments are done and dealt with....Haley then concluded that he believe(s) that once the mechanical aspect of the production is done, then he will start recording the scripts. This could be as early as summer. If so, the fans can expect Kingdom Hearts 3 to arrive before 2015."
However, fans of the game speculate that it won't be released until 2016.
But to keep the fans even more excited, Nomura revealed that Sora's keyblade will have more transformations in the third installment, noted another Latin Times report. The trailer of the game (watch below) showed that the weapon can turn into a gun. But as Nomura describes it, it possesses "infinite possibilities".
