Codenamed "Glee," an image of the next Nokia Lumia smartphone leaked on social media.

The render for the alleged Lumia 525 was spotted on Facebook by notorious gadget leaker Evleaks.

Based on the available render, the Lumia 525 will be available in three color variants ranging from red, white, and yellow. Absent from the render is a black model, which was reported to be included in the mix.

The Lumia 525 has also been spotted at China's mobile certification agency TENAA, which one could compare as the country's equivalent to the U.S. Federal Communication Commission (FCC).

The TENAA certification has detailed the Lumia 525 as a device aimed for music consumers and might come equipped with unique headphones as a link with the Nokia Music service. A music-based device would likely give sense to the codename "Glee," which is the name of the musical comedy-drama television series.

According to GSMArena, the Lumia 525 is reportedly a "minor update" from the popular Lumia 520. In regards to specifications, GSMArena noted the Lumia 525 sports similar features as the Lumia 520 except for the RAM increasing from 512MB to 1GB.

WMPowerUser reported the Lumia 525 will launch between the end of November and early December. It is unknown if the device will launch in the U.S.

Meanwhile, a new Lumia smartphone has been confirmed to debut in the U.S. As Latinos Post reported, the Lumia 1520 was revealed by Nokia in late October and has been spotted on the online Microsoft Store accepting pre-orders. The online store noted the device will be released for AT&T customers starting Nov. 15. The online Microsoft Store, however, removed the device on the morning of Nov. 6. No explanation has been provided.
