The Nokia Lumia 520 has become the best selling mobile phone on India's Flipkart.
According to the online retailer, the black model of the Lumia 520 is the best selling mobile phone compared to devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S Duos, Nokia Lumia 920, and the Nokia Asha 501, to name a few of many mobile devices listed on Flipkart.

The black model of the Lumia 520 is available on Flipkart for Rs. 8,149, which is approximately $132 when converted to the U.S. dollar.
The Lumia 520's price does increase if the consumer wants to purchase either the cyan, red, or yellow model. For the three aforementioned color models, the Lumia 520's new price on Flipkart will be Rs. 8,699, or $141 under the U.S. dollar.
As Latinos Post reported, AdDuplex revealed the Lumia 520 as the most popular Windows Phone device in India with an 40.6 percent market share based on data collected from over 1,000 Windows Phone apps. AdDuplex's figures also placed the Lumia 520 as the top Windows Phone and Windows Phone 8 device in the world.
The Lumia 520's features a 4-inch screen display with 800x480 resolution. The rear-facing camera has 5 megapixels while no secondary camera is present and the Windows Phone 8 smartphone has 8GB for internal storage with 512MB of RAM. The smartphone uses a 1,430mAh battery.
