Google has issued an update for their navigation app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch owners.
Known as update "Version 2.3.4," Google stated the update has faster access to its navigation tools such as traffic and route overview.

The new update also includes Arabic and Hebrew language support, which is seen in the navigation voice guidance although it'll vary on location.
The update also features a miniature version of the map service, which provides a preview of rote and traffic conditions before deciding to enter the full view mode.
The latest Google Maps update requires iOS 6.0 and later, therefore the new iOS 7 compatible with the update. The user should expect the update to fill up to 12.8MB of memory.
Google Maps offers navigation access to approximately 200 counters and information to over 100 million places in the world.
The Google Maps update comes as Apple may still be improving their navigation app.
As Latinos Post reported, Apple has agreed to purchase the online transit-navigation service HopStop Inc. and the Toronto-based location-data company Locationary.
Apple Maps was immediately bombarded with criticism following its September 2012 launch on iOS 6, from incorrect labeling to its bizarre depictions of roads. The Apple Maps criticism was so vocal that Apple CEO Tim Cook issued an apology late last year.
