The Nokia Lumia 1020 is set to arrive in Canada, according to an internal document.
Canadian mobile carrier Telus will reportedly launch the 41-megapixel sensor Lumia 1020 Windows Phone 8 smartphone on Oct. 3.

Mobile Syrup posted an image of what is allegedly an internal document from Telus summarizing the Lumia 1020.
The Telus summary read, "The Nokia Lumia 1020 takes photos and video that no other smartphone can match with a 41 megapixel camera sensor, PureView technology, Optical Image Stabilisation and amazing high-resolution zoom."
In regards to prices, the Lumia 1020 is planned to be $199.99 when signing a two-year contract with the mobile carrier. The full price of the Windows Phone 8 camera phone is $725.
In the U.S., the Lumia 1020 is exclusive to mobile carrier AT&T for $199.99 as of early September when upgrading or signing a two-year contract. The Lumia 1020 originally launched for $299.99 on July 26.
Meanwhile, the alleged Oct. 3 Canadian release date comes ahead India's launch date of the smartphone. As Latinos Post reported, the Lumia 1020 is set to launch on Oct. 11. The Indian launch was confirmed by Nokia India during an event on Sept. 26. Prices, however, were not disclosed.
The Lumia 1020's features include a 4.5-inch screen with 1,280x768 pixels covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new Windows Phone 8 device has 32GB of internal storage for 2GB of RAM. The device includes a rear-facing camera with a 41-megapixel sensor and front-facing camera with 1.2 megapixels. The smartphone also packs a 2,000mAh battery.
