Mexican rockpop band Zoé announced the dates of their next tour in the US, as a part of their tour promoting their latest album "Prográmaton".
According to details revealed by El Diario NY, the band also presented in a press release their new song titled "10 AM," which is already being sold on iTunes. "Said release became a Twitter trending topic just a few hours after its debut and reached #1 in digital sales," stated the press release.
Zoé also plans to present their new album "Prográmaton" during their U.S. tour. The album is expected to be released on Oct. 22 by Universal Music.
The article explains that the recording of the "Prográmaton" album was made in the Sonic Ranch facilities in Tornillo, Tex., under the production of Phil Vinall, Radiohead, Placebo and Pulp. This is Zoé's fifth studio album, but the first after 5 years wait by their fans.
United States Tour
The Mexican band's tour launches on Nov. 7. The band is comprised of vocalist León Larregui, guitarist Sergio Acosta, Rodrigo Guardiola on the battery and Jesús Báez on the keyboard. The first concert in the U.S. tour will take place in the Warfield Theater in San Francisco and more concerts will follow in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, Chicago and New York.
The website highlights that the band has sold over a million copies of their music productions worldwide. Their MTV Unplugged, titled "Música de Fondo," became the first four-time platinum album in Mexico and won two Grammy Latino awards in the Best Alternative Music Album and Best Rock Song, thanks to the song "Labios Rotos."
