Mexican actress and singer, Eiza González, wants to take Hollywood by storm! The former “Amores Verdaderos” star has decided to move permanently to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams in movies and music in the United States.

According to Latin Times, the 23-year-old actress shared the news with her followers on Twitter and posted the goodbye message her mother, "Mexico’s Next Top Model" judge, Glenda Reyna, texted her.

"If you knew the great pain I have from your departure, my lovely daughter," Reyna said on a WhatsApp message to González. "May God bless you and may you have a beautiful trip and rest and start a new life filled with happiness and success. I love you and you don't even know how much."

González is known for her roles in telenovelas. Her most successful telenovela so far is "Amores Verdaderos,” where she played Nikki Brizz, a young woman who struggled with bulimia and anorexia.

She started her career in 2008 after she was chosen to star in “Lola…érase Una Vez” (Lola…Once Upon a Time). Once that telenovela ended, González moved to Argentina to star in Nickelodeon’s “Sueña Conmigo,” where she played Clara Molina by day and Roxy-Pop by night.

González recently appeared on Comedy Central’s “Roast of James Franco.” According to Latin Times, although she was in the audience, González was caught on camera several times laughing during the performances of Jonah Hill, Sarah Silverman and Seth Rogen. The actress also shared a video from her seat on Instagram (watch below).

Early this week, González posted various pictures on Instagram of her vacations with friends in Acapulco, after splitting from boyfriend and Mexican businessman, Pepe Díaz.

The actress relaxed at the beach with her "gang," as she likes to call her group of friends. According to Revista Central, some of the friends that traveled with her were Jimena Longoria, Karina Torres and Ricardo Korkowsky.

In one of the pictures González shared on Instagram, the whole group can be seen wearing hats with the initials GCU, which in Spanish means "Gente Como Uno" (People Like Us). "My gang #lovethem #happy! #GCU," the actress captioned the image.

According to People en Español, the actress maintained the relationship with Díaz for about 2 years, and after rumors started to circulate about an alleged infidelity and repeated objections of Díaz, González decided to break it off.
