A new video has been released by Call of Duty developer Treyarch, teasing new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 content. This video is called Origins, and may hint at the final piece of Black Ops 2 DLC due for the game before the release of the next game in the series.

The video, which can be seen below, shows four different men equipped with various military equipment. The video mixes close-ups of these men with random imagery that appears to be part of the levels that will be available if this is indeed a teaser for new DLC. An ancient looking door, what looks like the inside of a bunker, a chandelier, and a beat up shower stall are all seen in the video. But the most intriguing site seen in the video is towards the end, when the player is running and a giant robot looms into view, ready to step on the player. Most likely, this robot will show up in the newest zombies map that would come with the DLC, and maybe players will get the chance to pilot the giant mech under the right circumstances. The video is also framed around the phrase "everything has a beginning...and an end," which further makes it appear as though this is a teaser for the final DLC content of Black Ops 2 before Treyarch moves on to Call of Duty: Ghosts, which is due November 5 for current and next-gen consoles.

Treyarch has promised Black Ops 2 owners who bought the game's season pass four DLC packs, and Origins could be the very last one. Other DLC packs for the game included Uprising, Vengeance, and Revolution. While all three DLC packs have been very successful, some of the content has been hit or miss with critics. However, this teaser trailer did a very good job keeping the content mysterious and the part with the massive robot definitely has stirred up some interest in what Treyarch is planning for gamers.

While nothing has been confirmed yet as to what Origins will be, it is hard to fathom that this video would hint at anything else besides new DLC. After all, Ghosts is less than three months away, so any other content for the game will have to come out quickly for Black Ops 2 so it does not interfere with the release of Ghosts.

Look out for more Black Ops 2 news, including any more updates about the Origins video.
