Apple is reportedly set to debut the next version of the iPhone during a Sept. 18 event, according to sources.
Current Editorials (CE) announced Apple will sell the next iPhone on Sept. 27, two days after the Cupertino-based organization launches iOS 7 on Sept. 25.

CE's Micah Singleton reported that two iPhones will debut this year. The first is a "refresh" of the iPhone with a "colorful touch," while the second smartphone is the long-speculated low-cost iPhone.
The "refresh" is not a new model or next-generation of the Apple smartphone, but is said to be an update of the current iPhone 5.
The low-cost iPhone is apparently the Cupertino company's attempt to counter Google and Samsung's presence in the smartphone market.
News of the new iPhone models emerges as ET News reports that Apple is preparing to discontinue the iPhone 5 in an effort to focus on the iPhone 5S debut later this year.
As Latinos Post has been following, analysts have made their projections for the iPhone 5S release date. KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo provided a late September forecast, yet stated the low-cost iPhone might launch in early September instead. Jefferies analyst Peter Misek said the next-generation Apple smartphone is likely to launch in either late September or early October.
Singleton noted Apple may be working on a second event after the "refresh" of the iPhone.
"Apple is planning another event, according to my sources, that will follow the September iPhone event, similar to Apple's format from last year," Singleton wrote on CE. "A new version of the iPad and iPad mini, along with updates to the Macbook Pro line are scheduled to be announced."
