Nokia's launch of the Lumia 1020 has the tech community talking, from its design, smartphone specifications, and notably the 41-megapixel camera.
As a refresher, the Lumia 1020's features include a 4.5-inch screen with 1,280x768 pixels covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new Windows Phone 8 device has 32GB of internal storage for 2GB of RAM. A front-facing camera is installed featuring 1.2 megapixels. The Lumia 1020's camera also packs a 2,000mAh battery.
Nokia US' Facebook account featured the Lumia 1020, but it brought mixed views. A positive review was by Frank Ostrow, stating, "WOW! Nice camera/phone guys. I am totally geeking out over the specs. Well done."
Nokia US responded Ostrow's comment with a smiley-face emoticon.
