Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S4 around the world have been getting their fair share of updates, and now it looks like a few more regions are receiving some tweaks.

Samsung Galaxy S4s with the Exynos 5 Octa eight-core chipset (remember, there are two Galaxy S4 variants, one with the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor, and one with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset) in India, Russia, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka are now recipients of a small 30MB firmware update that's rolling out over the air. As with all over-the-air updates, it's being pushed out in batches, so not everybody in those countries will be able to download it immediately. Those who choose not to wait can always grab the update via Samsung's KIES software.

There aren't many exciting new features in the firmware, and what it really does is fix some stability issues as well as patch up some bugs and security concerns. All in all, not a revolutionary piece of coding, but it should increase the overall performance of the handset, which is already one of the most powerful on the market.

In other Samsung Galaxy S4 update news, three of the four major U.S. national carriers have released a far more useful firmware for American consumers. Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T have all sent out an update that not only allows users to move apps to the SD card in order to free up onboard memory, it also introduces Samsung's Knox software suit aimed at businesses and enterprise users.

Let us know if you've grabbed any of the updates mentioned above for your Galaxy S4 and whether you spot any new problems in the comments section below.
