The Nokia Lumia 925 is set to arrive in Australia with two mobile carriers confirming July release dates.
Telstra Exchange announced it will sell the metal-bodied Lumia 925 starting Tues., July 30.

According to the Australian carrier, customers can purchase the Windows Phone 8 smartphone, outright, for $624. Potential Lumia 925 buyers can also opt the $60 Every Day Connect data plan, which comes with a $6 per month handset repayment for the next 24 months. The data plan includes unlimited text and 1GB of data.
"When it comes to mobile phones, giving our customers as much choice as possible is important to us here at Telstra and we're looking forward to adding the Lumia 925 to Telstra's growing range of WP8 phones," wrote Telstra's Device Management Director Andrew Volard.
According to WMPowerUser, Optus will also carry the Lumia 925 starting Aug. 1.
Numerous Australian retailers, however, are set to sell the Lumia 925 for $699, such as Allphones, Dick Smith, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Network Communications, Fone Zone and Leading Edge.
The Lumia 925's features include a 4.5-inch display with 1,280x768 pixels and a 2,000mAh battery capacity for the 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. The Lumia 925's wireless connections include the latest Bluetooth and NFC technology. The maximum standby time is 440 hours and just over 12 hours of talk time under a 3G network.
